Myth About A2 Protein

It is widely believed that A2 is based on the breed rather than the genetic make of each cow. But that’s not true. All breeds have the A2 and A1 protein. The only difference is the percentage in each cow. At our farm, milk is classified as A2 only after the cows undergo genetic tests.
